Development Team
The
ImmunoGenetix
product development variable expense model is primarily focused on
using outside consultants and service providers on an as needed basis.
The Company will have a core team of internal drug development experts
in-house to manage outsourced personnel and Contract Research
Organizations (CROs). This semi-outsourced structure will allow the
Company to retain firm control of the development process. Through the
management of critical decisions and timelines internally, the Company
intends to avoid costly delays and promote competitive advantage
through timely progression to market a strategic partnership with a
pharmaceutical or biotech company.

University
of Kansas
Medical Center is an internationally recognized teaching and
research hospital based in Kansas City, Kansas. ImmunoGenetix has an
exclusive license with the KU Research Institute. The Marion Merrell
Dow Viral Lab is well funded by the NIH for this research program.
Beckloff Associates,
Inc. (BAI), a subsidiary of Cardinal Health, is an
international
pharmaceutical research and development-consulting firm based in
Overland Park, Kansas. Beckloff Associates, Inc. assists client
companies in obtaining regulatory approval in the United States, Canada
and European markets. BAI and ImmunoGenetix have entered into a
risk-share agreement, and a client service agreement. BAI will provide
strategic planning, project management, and other agreed upon services.
Gottlieb, Flekier,
& Company is an accounting firm based in Leawood, Kansas.
ImmunoGenetix has a Client Service Agreement with GF&C for
accounting and auditing services.
Enterprise
Center of
Johnson County (ECJC) is a business incubator, an entity
that
provides high-growth potential companies with office space, consulting
and advisory services and financing resources, to help them grow and
succeed. The Enterprise Center is located in metropolitan Kansas City
in Lenexa, Kansas and is an integral part of entrepreneurial economic
development in Johnson County. The Company has a client service
agreement with ECJC.

Welte Suelthaus
This nationally recognized law firm provides general counsel and patent
law to ImmunoGenetix. The Company has a client service agreement in
place.
Waisman
Clinical
BioManufacturing Facility (Waisman) is a fee-for-service
provider for manufacturing Current Good Manufacturing Practice
(cGMP)-grade vaccine and cytokine adjuvants for nonclinical studies and
Phase 1 and Phase 2 clinical trials.
BASi
is a
fee-for-service provider to conduct the Investigational New Drug
(IND)-enabling, nonclinical Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) studies
consisting of biodistribution and integration assessments, toxicity,
immunogenicity and reproductive toxicology.

Research (i3)
is a fee-for-service provider to conduct the Phase 1 and Phase 2
clinical trials.
